Calvin Davis3A

Coach Calvin Davis, has been coaching basketball for 20 years. A native of Hemmingway, SC, he has worked with students and athletes as a teacher, coach, and former Director for Lowcountry Ballers Basketball Association. He is presently the head Coach at Summerville High School. Before Summerville, he was the Head Coach at Cross High School for 5 years where he lead them to 3 regional Championships.

While he was an assistant Coach at Goose Creek for 11 years, he helped Goose Creek High School varsity girls program win numerous regional championship , Lower State Appearance and One state Championship. He was also selected to coach in The North South ALL-Star Team game in 2017. He has been a region representative for over 5 years and a member of the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association Board.

Avonee Seabrook Frasier

Avonee Seabrook-Frasier has been married to Cleveland Frasier for 14years. They have 3 daughters, Paige, Semoine, and Synclaire. She is a Medical Support Assistant for the Compensated Work Therapy clinic at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, in the Homeless Veterans' Program. Mrs. Seabrook - Frasier is a Veteran and enjoys helping other Veterans to get readjusted into the workforce.

Avonee previously served as the Fundraising Coordinator for the Lowcountry Ballers Basketball Association and for the Queens of Charleston Basketball Association. She is the Director of the Youth Ministry at St. John Baptist church, as well as the Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Assistant Youth Choir director, and church Secretary. She is the Recording Secretary for the Old Ashley Baptist Association Sunday School Ministry and Second Girl Scout Troop Leader for Girl Scout Troop #170. Avonee has been involved and around the AAU basketball program for many years, with her daughter, Semoine, who played AAU basketball from 9 years old - 17 years old, from 2005 - 2014

Coach Tiffany MagwoodCoach Tiffany Magwood has over 16 years of coaching experience which expands from high school to AAU. Coach Magwood is joining our program after many years of coaching at St. John’s High School and most recently with the Lowcountry Ballers AAU organization. With over 16 years of coaching experience, Coach Magwood brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experiences to the Lowcountry Premier  Ballers Association.

Director of Middle School AD

Cecil WilliamsCoach Cecil Williams enters his 13th overall season as an Assistant Varsity Girls basketball coach. Coach Williams is in his second season with the Lady Green Wave of Summerville High School in Summerville SC. Previously, Coach Williams was an Assistant Coach at Pinewood Preparatory School 2009-2016 and Gregg Middle School 2004-2008. He also served as Co/Head coach for Pinewood Prep Varsity Girls softball team leading the team to play their first regional championship game. In addition to his coaching experience at various schools, Coach Williams has coached several AAU basketball (both girls and boys) teams and AAU baseball teams over the last 18 years.

Coach Williams is currently an Assistant coach at Summerville High School in Summerville, SC. As an Assistant Varsity Girls basketball coach he is responsible for managing and directing the basketball program under the Head Coach while maintaining knowledge of offensive and defensive coaching and assists with determining game strategy. Coach Williams is also responsible for player development and on-floor coaching.

During his tenure at Pinewood, Coach Williams prides himself on helping to build the Panthers as one of the state top programs. This philosophy, along with a focus on academics, has allowed the Pinewood Prep Varsity Girls Basketball program to continually move players on to the next level. Coach Williams feels Pinewood afforded him the opportunity to not only enhance his skills as a coach but mentor and develop great young women.

Director of High School AD

Tim BaldwinCoach Tim Baldwin is beginning his 17th year at Goose Creek High School. He has a career record of 373-79. He has made the playoffs 16 years in a row and has won the Region Championship 11 times. In that period of 16 years, he has won 20 plus games per season for 14 years straight. He has played for the Lower State Title 7 times and has won it 4 times.He has won the State Title twice, once in 2010 and last in 2017.

His team was the first to win the AAAAA title last year. He has been chosen region coach of the year 7 times and has been chosen the lowcountry coach of the year several times. He was chosen the South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association Coach of the year in 2010 following thier run to their first State Title. He was  selected to coach the North/South All-Star game as well. He has coached 7 players who have  played in either the North-South game or for the South Carolina All-Star Team.

He currently has 2 players playing professionally overseas(Aleighsa Welch(University of South Carolina)-Finland, N’Dea Bryant(UNC-Chapel Hill)-Spain. He resides in the Goose Creek area where he has been a teacher at Goose Creek High for 24 years. He has a son named Adam who is 11 years old.

Kelly McNeil3

Coach Kelly McNeil has 14 years of coaching experience in high school at the JV and Varsity level and has coached 3 years in AAU. She played volleyball and softball at the collegiate level and now coaches volleyball and basketball at Stratford High School.

Charles LindsayCoach Charles Lindsay begins his seventh year in coaching basketball in the Lowcountry. Being originally from Sumter, SC Coach Lindsay is a Goose Creek High School Alum playing football, basketball, and baseball while at Goose Creek High. Coach Lindsay began his coaching career at North Charleston Recreational Park, were he had great successful their serving as a Head basketball coach of 9-10 age boys group.

In 2014, Coach Lindsay joined the AAU Lowcountry Ballers for the first time. While coaching 7th Grade girls’ basketball team in his first year, he coached the team in placing in 5 out of 7 Statewide and Nationwide tournaments. In 2015, Coach Lindsay joined the boys Goose Creek High basketball program. While coaching the boys middle school team, he coached his team in to the playoffs each year so far.

Mandie Smith Board Secretary

Mrs. Mandi Smith is from Jacksonville, FL. She has been married for 16 years to her husband Joe. They have three children, all girls, Cailey-14, Cheyenne-12, and Carolina-10. They are a military family, they were planted here in the Lowcountry, (Summerville) 7 years ago. Mandi was a stay at home mom for many years until she became a Teaching Assistant at a local middle school.

She also volunteers a lot of her time with the PTSA. Mandi has many years of volunteering experience. She has been a Command Ombudsman for her husband’s command while they were stationed in Guam. Once she and her family moved to Summerville, she began volunteering for the PTA’s, and was the secretary for the local elementary school for two years, and now is the treasurer for the middle school going on two years. Mandi is also very involved with her children’s activities such as basketball for her oldest, and competitive gymnastics for her younger two.

She has taken the role of “TEAM MOM”, a few times with her girl’s activities, and absolutely loves it. When Mandi has spare time, she loves to watch movies, craft or just hang out with her family.
